Mr. Meelad founded Cafe Mugshot while living on a farm in Northern California.  He began cultivating his passion for food working for the family bakery in Laguna Beach, CA.  Later, he apprenticed for Chef Oscar of El Metro Ristorante in Chelsea, London.  Mr. Meelad is a recent transplant to Salt Lake City and looks forward to showing everyone a great time.
